Armored Foundation Steps

Foundation steps can be attached to foundations or placed on top of foundations and floors. The steps rise to the height of half-wall but can be connected to travel higher using floors. Armored is the max-tier building upgrade able to withstand up to 8 Timed Explosive Charges. Upgrading the foundation steps to armored quality requires 13 High Quality Metal.
