Get freaky with the Handcuffs, place them on surrendering or downed players, preventing them from doing anything other than walking around, you can push handcuffed individual onto chairs and other types of seating. Handcuffed players cannot even F1 kill to get out of them; however, they can struggle their way out, breaking the Handcuffs.
