Heavy Plate Pants

A heavy, high-tier protective pair of pants that will protect the user from 75% of projectile damage, but comes at the cost of a 10% movement penalty. It also heavily amplifies the effects of the cold upon a player, so it becomes very situational, especially within the snow biome.
